Six more days, until I leave for the south of France for 30 days.
In January of this year, I had this dream to go on an adventure that I’d never been on before. I decided to live for one month as a digital nomad somewhere in the world. So I picked France, not too bad. In six days, I get on that plane; I have a ticket to and a ticket from and one hotel stay for two nights. That’s the only planning I’ve done for this trip.
Why?
I’m prototyping a lifestyle. As a lifestyle designer, I’m here to help people discover what’s next for them in this next phase of your life. For me, right now, I’m discovering I have no clue what this is going to be all about and, if I’m that pioneer for you, that’s what I want to do. So I leave for France, six days from now, and I have not yet packed.
There are many other things I have not done yet.
But you know what? It’s okay.
A Lifestyle Business Model Called Work 3 and Play 4
I’m creating this as I go. I want to be a model to any one of you out there that wants to create a life that you love. While I’m there, I’m going to actually be prototyping a lifestyle business that we created a few years ago, Work 3 and Play 4 ™. So we will actually be working from wherever I am in the country. For the last six months, we’ve been preparing for that. So we got some outstanding coaching from my friend Brandon, to have me and my team be comfortable with the technology that will be required for me to speak and to do everything I do from wherever I am in the world.
This is all about designing. It’s all about creating.
